PRR-04: BOCC response and production log
Closed September 18, 2026. The County identified the September 15, 2026 BOCC meeting recording as the only responsive record. The recording includes the Commissioners’ discussion of application timing and Jacob Wolf’s public statement formally challenging the factual basis for the application-readiness assurance. No separate communications, pre-application records, preliminary plans, SEPA materials, anticipated application dates, project schedules, utility or interconnection records, or records of inquiries by the Commissioners or BOCC staff were produced. The response also did not identify the supplemental PDF of Wolf’s statement submitted to the Board or describe the custodians, systems or locations searched. The County stated that no other responsive documentation exists.
